Although this sounds very simplistic, how we accomplish this and generate our high recovery rates is very sophisticated. Anybody can send out a bill, and in fact, some fire departments do in-house billing. The main problem is they typically have a recovery rate of between 10% to 15%.
While this is good, our recovery rates are typically the highest in our industry.
